Welcome to SHOTSBYJCMILL. By booking or using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Booking and Payments:

• A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your session.

• Full payment must be made at the end of the shoot before client gallery delivery.

2. Cancellation and Rescheduling:

• Deposits are non-refundable.

• Rescheduling requests must be made at least 48 hours in advance. Requests made within 48 hours may result in forfeiting the deposit or additional charges.

• Deposits can only be transferred once. If the shoot needs to be rescheduled again, the deposit will be forfeited.

3. Service Scope:

• Photography services are available in Atlanta and Savannah.

• Services include portraits, celebrity shoots, branding, and business photography.

• Larger-scale shoots, such as corporate events or multi-location sessions, include consultations.

4. Image Delivery and Usage:

• Final images will be delivered digitally within the agreed timeframe.

• SHOTSBYJCMILL retains the right to use photos for portfolio and promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed upon.

5. Client Conduct:

• Clients are expected to arrive on time for sessions.

• SHOTSBYJCMILL reserves the right to refuse service for inappropriate behavior.

6. Liability:

• SHOTSBYJCMILL is not responsible for circumstances beyond control (e.g., weather, venue issues).

• Liability is limited to the return of all payments received, including deposits.

7. Copyright:

• All images are copyrighted and remain the property of SHOTSBYJCMILL.

• Clients receive personal usage rights. Written consent is required for commercial use; please contact us for clarification if needed.
